All products are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse with Australia Post every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (same day shipping cut off 12pm)

Express Post: $14.99

Free Express Post: orders over $150

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


At McDavid our return policy is liberal, generous and tolerant, but it does have its limits! We understand that putting a specific time limit on all returns is not reasonable, as usage and seasons vary greatly. Plus, we realize that everyone's idea of "reasonable wear and tear" also varies.

If our gear fails to deliver, we will fully stand behind that product. If it fails to deliver on its one thousand and first wearing, we would consider that "reasonable wear and tear." Rather than shutting the door on returns after 30 days, we prefer to be flexible and judge each situation individually.

If you wish to return or exchange your order for a different size, color or style, please reference the following processes and steps:

REFUND AND RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Ball Brands Pty Ltd. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

If the item you received arrived damage, or incorrect, we will supply a prepaid shipping label. Please note, we do not supply prepaid shipping labels for change of mind.
