Due to lack of demand for the Youth size from our stockists, and the sheer amount of size exchanges we encountered led us to the decision to discontinue the Youth Size in Australia.
We found that 90% of the time, customers who purchased HEX sleeves in Youth sizing found that they were too small and uncomfortably tight, and would exchange for a size up, the Small size.

To extend the life of your McDavid product, hand wash your wrap, strap, sleeve, support (remember to take the hinges out), using a mild detergent, and allow to air dry.
HEX® is designed specifically to be machine washed and dried. Use a mild detergent in cold water and low dryer heat. Do not use bleach and do not iron or dry clean your HEX® gear.

At McDavid, our return policy is liberal, generous and tolerant, but it does have its limits! We understand that putting a specific time limit on all returns is not reasonable, as usage and seasons vary greatly. Plus, we realize that everyone's idea of reasonable wear and tear also varies.
If our gear fails to deliver, we will fully stand behind that product. If it fails to deliver on its one thousand and first wearing, we would consider that - reasonable wear and tear. Rather than shutting the door on returns after 30 days, we prefer to be flexible and judge each situation individually.
